Move the green/amber/red flagging on advert application page to the LHS.

If we can move the green/amber/red "Suitability" flagging on advert application page to the Left hand side next to "Candidate", then we can flag as we go through applications, rather than having to close the Cv view each time to flag due to the category being hidden by the open cv.

    Suitability flags on the left hand side next to cv preview rather than the right hand side would be quicker and more user friendly
