Would be very useful otherwise we have lots of irrelevant / mis spelt skills suggested by candidates

This is essential for us to be able to make this system work for us as there is nowhere else that we can accurately code/skill people up.

I think this would be a great benefit so as we can manage "skills" more closely. Candidates can free-type their skills into the box, which makes the list endless and really hard to manage when searching.

Stop candiates being incorrectly coded when they have applied direct through our website or them being able to add their own skill codes. This should be manually done by the consultants or admin. This will save time when search by Skillcodes if we have specific codes instead of 1000's being created that are no applicable.

To me this seems vital for tailoring user experience to the audience of each recruitment company whilst giving candidates an efficient/relevant onboarding experience and a positive feeling about the recruiter's service and brand.
To other recruiters: do a dummy run of completing your own registration form and then see the first page which candidates are shown within Firefish: the Profile Builder. Especially when you use F12 to go into developer mode in Chrome and see how this looks to your candidates when they are using a mobile handset (or just do the dummy registration form submit on your phone).
Screenshots attached show a row of social icons along the top of the page. Ours lead nowhere and we wouldn't want to divert traffic away from this page at this stage anyhow. The second iPhone screen on the right hand side shows that the candidate is asked for their socials right at the top of this profile builder in mobile view.
As a recruitment company is construction, we require no social details from our candidates whatsoever and 90% of our candidate visitors are using mobile. Can only logically expect that a proportion of our candidates will bounce at this stage.
Please vote for this.
