    This is really important to us as a team because often there are words in the CV that are not indicative of what we require those candidates to have in terms of skill and experience, which means it completely messes up our search criteria. We have spent a long time perfecting our skills section, so this means I have to go in and manually undo loads of skills for new candidates which is a waste of my time, and could lead to inaccurate searches.

    This is essential for us to be able to make this system work for us as there is nowhere else that we can accurately code/skill people up.

    I find this so time consuming and painful when I have been through busy periods when my admin has got a bit out of control.....
