Allow full candidate information, such as address etc, not just call information to be accessed when on a voip call via firefish. At the moment, when making a voip call, any information I wish to add when setting up a new candidate is blocked by a pop up. Very frustrating and unnecessary. Please consider Firefish. Many thanks.

With the call recording plugin for Firefish it's great - but we can't use it! The reason for this is when we are on calls, we always have to navigate around FF, pulling up records and chatting to clients/candidates with account progress. When the screen is frozen it makes it impossible for us to do our job - or use this functionality. So please can you fix this so we can still navigate around but it still records and then saves. Thank you!
