    Please do this ASAP. All our candidates have more than three references!

  2. Allow full candidate information, such as address etc, not just call information to be accessed when on voip call via firefish.

    With the call recording plugin for Firefish it's great - but we can't use it! The reason for this is when we are on calls, we always have to navigate around FF, pulling up records and chatting to clients/candidates with account progress. When the screen is frozen it makes it impossible for us to do our job - or use this functionality. So please can you fix this so we can still navigate around but it still records and then saves. Thank you!
