With the call recording plugin for Firefish it's great - but we can't use it! The reason for this is when we are on calls, we always have to navigate around FF, pulling up records and chatting to clients/candidates with account progress. When the screen is frozen it makes it impossible for us to do our job - or use this functionality. So please can you fix this so we can still navigate around but it still records and then saves. Thank you!

Hi All,
You may have noticed that we have recently increased the number of available Bulk Email Templates to 5 for Contacts and 5 for Candidates. If you go into Email Settings you will be able to create 5 different templates and then when you are sending the Bulk Email you can select which one you would like to send from a drop down on the Bulk Email edit view prior to sending. Love the new release of call note taking - great! However it would be ideal if we can customise these drop downs like we can do in all other aspects of the candidate portal. For example, your list: Update / Proactive Approach/ Follow Up etc is OK, but for us we would like to Add/Edit one to say NR/LM (no reply/left message) or Sending Later - as these are often the notes we make and it would save us having to type them out each time...
That way we can make it more customised to our specific recruitment needs rather than generic. Thank you!
