Make the Temp Owner field searchable (candidate record)
We have joint candidate ownership between Perm and Interim consultants; would be great if the secondary 'Temp Owner' field in Candidate Summary was searchable so the candidate would come up in each separate search for consultants

This field would be great to have on FF given our business has both temporary and permanent consultants.

This would be a great field , no longer would perm consultants miss out on Temp candidates , but the same would be said for interim consultants, candidates would be more clearly visible to both parties.
It would also mean regardless of ownership candidates would be more easily kept in touch with and care would be 100% better. -

I am surprised this isnt already a feature of FF, and so important for a business that recruits temporary and permanent, and who have split desks.
