Weekly planner for Contractors [Availability Planner]
A weekly planner that allows Sales Consultants, Managers and Support Staff to review all relevant information and action changes from the planner – see attached draft.
The planner shows; Company and location, Hiring Manager, Candidate, Job Title, Start Date, End Date, Pay Rate, Charge Rate Margin, PO No. etc… Allowing the user to view all information on jobs, past, present and future.
Users can act by filtering and sorting based on the above as well as remove, SMS and roll-on candidates from the planner.

As discussed before a good idea ,We have been looking at online / system trackers for personnel number / days / invoice checking at the end of the month for a while, this is more linked to project management but defiantly keen to stop doing this manually on a spreadsheet.

This is essential for us as business now, we have to use a manual spreadsheet and there is so much duplication and room for error. We have reached a point now with the amount of temps working that this is hindering our growth. Can someone confirm if this is likely to be in development in the very near future ?

Please could we have an option for current contractors to be factored in to searching as we need to get in touch with via bulk email for a number of reasons.

It would be good if, when clicking on the current contractors link on the dashboard, that there is a facility where you can select individual or all and send either a text message or email. This is particularly useful if you want to send communications out to your current workforce.

To make it possible to contact candidates in bulk about information relating to their contract. For example to tell them about payment delays etc.

Our agency does both Permanent and Contract recruitment, however, we 85% of our turnover is contract. We need the ability to be able to communicate with our current contractors and current hiring managers
The most important is the current contractors. So as a consultant is you have 34 contractors you need to have the ability to search for them in contract under your name so you text or email. This is great for drinks invites, timesheets process changes. business updates. party invites.
Also, this should be extended to hiring managers in the contract world our current hiring managers can change each day ,week, monthly. it would be really helpful to quickly search for all hiring mangers with an open placement or even past placements so we could market project updates, candidate updates, contractor of month initiatives and our company updates.
This should be an integral function of a contract CRM.
