Our agency does both Permanent and Contract recruitment, however, we 85% of our turnover is contract. We need the ability to be able to communicate with our current contractors and current hiring managers
The most important is the current contractors. So as a consultant is you have 34 contractors you need to have the ability to search for them in contract under your name so you text or email. This is great for drinks invites, timesheets process changes. business updates. party invites.
Also, this should be extended to hiring managers in the contract world our current hiring managers can change each day ,week, monthly. it would be really helpful to quickly search for all hiring mangers with an open placement or even past placements so we could market project updates, candidate updates, contractor of month initiatives and our company updates.
This should be an integral function of a contract CRM.
