Whatsapp Integration
It would be great if Firefish could integrate with whatsapp, allowing us to message candidates/contacts on Whatsapp through FF.

Just to add to this suggestion. If you place the mobile number after wa.me/ it will allow the user to message from their WhatsApp Desktop App. The telephone number needs to be in the format +[Country Code][drop the zero from the mobile number]. This doesn't look like a big development and could be rolled out quickly.

It would be ideal if Firefish could sync with your WhatsApp account ... For instance, being able to trigger messages to go out with information for candidates.

This is a fantastic idea. Whatsapp seems to have replaced email and texting as the Primary way of communicating in the Middle East. As it cuts across Android and IoS, it seems to be the best way for people to communicate for free. Groups are being formed which is great for group chat. We are fans of texting candidates and Whatsapp will be much better. We find it easier to contact some clients by Whatsapp also.

it would be good to have a field for candidates to enter their WhatsApp address, for those of us working internationally its another quick and cost effective method to get messages out to candidates.
