The ability to add custom fields to existing forms (eg: registration, contact us) so they can specify the details that need to be collected.

To add to this, it would be great to have the ability to create custom forms not just relating to contact us etc. For example: https://www.michaelpage.co.uk/request-call-back#request_call_back
Also for people to be able to upload information like a job spec: https://www.michaelpage.co.uk/submit-job-spec#submit_job_spec_form_main
