Hi All,
You may have noticed that we have recently increased the number of available Bulk Email Templates to 5 for Contacts and 5 for Candidates. If you go into Email Settings you will be able to create 5 different templates and then when you are sending the Bulk Email you can select which one you would like to send from a drop down on the Bulk Email edit view prior to sending. We deal with multiple clients who all require different application forms, ID and online checks to be carried out by candidates they offer to.
It would be great if we could create custom email templates for each client so we can just hit the send button rather than having to type everything out each time, or remember who we last placed within that Group to be able to copy the email we sent to them.
It also then avoids the chances of us missing things off the emails to candidates.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE can this be implemented? We have around 200 jobs open and it's just not possible to go in to every job to see if a new candidate has appeared under potential matches. We are losing business over something so simple and a really fundamental feature.

It would be nice to have the ability to save a job search like you can do for candidates so that it is automatically populated as new jobs are added/closed with specific criteria set.
So for instance if you want to save a search which shows all roles without adverts, or in a particular town etc. you can dip in and out of your saved searches rather than having to select all your criteria each time.

Yes, we really do need to have the Work Preferences section back on the Profile Screen please. As well as missing the need to change a candidates status, it was also very handy to have a persons preferences and salary details in front of you without having to flick between pages. On the days where either our internet or Firefish is on a go slow, having all the important information in front of us without having to wait for the system/internet to catch up is extremely important when we're on the phone to a candidate.
