Add single records to a list
Be able to add a candidate or a contact to a saved search one by one. From the record, add to a saved search. A way of being able to chose a record, rather than having to match a criteria.

Would be a great thing, to be able to add people without being reliant on it being picked up from the system or to be able to add people that dont meet the initial cirteria of a talent pool

It would be good to add a candidate to current talent banks direct from their profile instead of hoping that they will just fall in to that bank. Is this an option?
