Improved formatting CV tool
CVs with images or text boxes can be difficult to navigate within the current formatter.
Not all merge fields from candidate profiles are available - i.e. certifications. Expand available merge fields.
Original CV should be a merge field option rather than automatically included.
A great improvement would be to allow the creation of a formatted CV from scratch, without requiring an original CV to be present.

The current formatting tool does not work. It's all messy. Might need to look at outsourcing it to another CRM

CV formatting is a huge time saver and would be good to implement asap

It would be good if a user has a way to more easily refresh/repopulate the merge field values in a formatted CV.
Currently a user would have to create a new formatted CV to bring in newer values.
