Add Time Capture to API for Integrations
To be able to pass actual time worked for temps back into FF from Timesheet portal integration to be able to capture actual sales figures

Pleased to announce that Timesheets are available via our Public API!
Integrators have the option of both retrieving timesheets from, and creating timesheets directly in Firefish as part of our Pay & Bill behaviour.
