    Our candidates can only be one discipline, so having a tick 'all' option doesn't work for our business.

    The ALL option is just not suitable for our business and is creating a huge amount of additional work for all

    This is essential, we can't have people on our Database who have selected all, as this is completely ineffective for our business model. This needs fixed immediately.

    The option for candidates to click all specialities and disciplines is completely unsuitable for our business and affects our recruitment process. Candidates cannot be both a doctor and a nurse in multiple specialties.
