    I think it should be a "Must Have" mandatory feature to prevent accidental deletions and ensure users intentionally confirm the action before the candidate is permanently removed.

    we had multiple candidates that triggered the request to delete by mistake, and then they call in asking why are we registering them but not sending them job offers ...
    I believe having " Are you sure?" pop up is a must as it will help eliminate this issue
