Hide Certain Sources from Candidate Registration/Applications

Would be great to be able to hide certain sources such as Referral / Headhunted from candidates. To ensure these sources are only available to FF users when manually creating records.

    Definitely a must have - not ideal to be giving out your sources potentially to other recruiters!

    Referral and headhunt should not be available for an applicant to see. It is for internal usage only
