Expiring Star Ratings
When a candidate is first rated, they may fall into the 2 star category essentially classing them as a 'not now' due to lack of experience or whatever reason. After 1 year, the star rating could become 'expired' whether that means it becomes a different colour or returns to 3 stars. The candidate at this point may have achieved some longevity in a role or a desirable qualification since they first registered and with an expired star rating, can easily be identified as needing reviewing by a consultant.
For example, when filtering through applications for an advert, an expired star rating can prevent agents from potentially missing a now 4 or 5 star candidate.
