when entering notes
Would be good if could see the first few words of the conversation and could one add additional information to notes so that we didn't have masses of notes per day per candidate.

Hi the notes now contain the first few lines of text and you can use the pinned note to add to at the top rather than create a separate note action

Being able to see the first line of comment would definitely be more efficient when trying to trace previous conversations / agreements.
