Attachments to emails

Would be great if we could add attachments to emails that are created through Firefish. We currently have to do these emails in Outlook & then also remember to upload them.

Rolled out last night so you can now delete and attach documents from your individual emails.

There has been a new improvement requested to be able to do this in bulk emails so please feel free to vote on that one on the community.

    It would be really useful to be able to attach documents to mass mail outs.

    Can't see this as being anything other than an absolute necessity. Sending out information is soooo long winded otherwise.
    Am I right in assuming that when this is developed we will have the ability to edit within the document from within Firefish? Even the smallest typo means that you have to go through the whole process again otherwise!

    HI Richard - you can auto attach the candidates screening or the Interview notes document if you would like - just let the support desk know if you would like this.

    Very much aware of the demand on this one and we will be addressing the emails straight after Xmas.

    Also - what is the point of having documents like Cover letter and Notes that we cannot send to the client via FF

    Hi Wendy,

    Attaching emails when sending through Firefish would be great. It would enable users to remain within Firefish to centralise processes, rather than operating in Outlook and then having to log information in Firefish.

    Hopefully this can happen soon!

    HI Emily - yes it is popular but there are still a few above this.

    so ones we get the next release out we will be able to update the roadmap on the next ones we will start to tackle. But don't worry I understand this is a popular one that we want to improve on so I will try and get an update for you after the next release.
