preview cv's without opening new documents
When looking at a candidate, it would be good to have a Preview CV function, so that we don't have to open a new Document every time we look at a candidate. The Preview CV function would allow us to see the CV within FF without having to navigate away from the page we're currently on.

Thanks for all your votes and hope you are pleased with this feature.
As the tip from the tank will say currently it is covering each cv on demand so it is a little slower to start with however once the cv has been converted once it will be faster the next time.
We will be working our way through each database and converting on mass to assist with this as well.

Appreciate your patience with this one - it is top on the votes now that we have completed the rest. So we will be looking into this now.
As i am sure you can appreciate this will involve a different way of storing documents and therefore of not a quick fix in a web based environment.

Great idea! It would be great to have quicker visibility of the CV's without having to download and then open the CV.

Yes please! Downloading a CV every time when you want to view it is not very efficient.

I agree this functioality is an urgent requirement - not being able to flick through CV's in a search result is a massive bind. Its hugley important for a rec CRM system to have this

this is probably my biggest gripe and I wondered if there were any thoughts on this? Being able to look at CV's in search result within firefish and then flicking through the results to find relevent candidates is pretty crucial for a recruiter?

I would like to see a preview pane on applicant records, to see their CV, before deciding their suitability and without having to open their CV up.

Downloading 'original CV' files is fraught with danger (may contain nasty bugs). Would prefer to view original CV online (such as Outlook allows one to select 'view online' or 'download to PC'.

Please add the same functionality for other documents attached to candidate and contact records. This is really crucial for us as we get tons of applications and most come with portfolios.
