We've had quite a few occasions whereby a candidate applying to a role is then adding a duplicate record when we've already created a record for that candidate and we're ending up with quite a few duplicates. It would definitely be useful to be able to merge records so that you don't end up losing information or spending time trying to manually add old notes.

As we get a great deal of candidates from Indeed, they have Indeed email addresses which means the duplicate candidate is not detected.

We have had a few occasions where this would be useful instead of having to archive a record that still contains relevant information.
