Is there a plan to integrate email tracking - open rates / hit rates / Bounce backs

HI Richard we do this for you through the job distribution – if you go into the distribution page and open the link called distribution list you will see all the candidates that have opened / clicked through etc .. it is our plans to roll this functionality through to bulk email as well so moved this to voting to push up the priorities.

Hi - this is a really important functionality for us. We need to know the results from the campaigns sent through bulk mail. Can you advise how many votes this needs to be elevated?

It would be good if we could have an email campaign for clients with similar features to the candidate e-mail campaign. lets us know its been delivered, its been read and if they have clicked the link in the e-mail.

This is 100% essential, ever had a candidate say "I did not get the email"??? This feature should be standard.

The success of doing business using Firefish is based on email management and since Firefish does not provide much in the way of email tools. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add functionalities such as delivery & read reports.
