Great, defiantly needed as we are very candidate driven.. I.e. London is vast due to its size, commute times etc and we are having to take time using online methods, along with using Excel spreadsheets with our clients postcodes on to search by radius, which is not ideal and time consuming.

Great news this will be a God send !!

The reason we need it is that we often will register say a mechanic/technician who is just looking for a new job and isn't overly fussy on where they work and there may be 30 dealerships or garages that could potentially be right for them, so if I could do a radial search for all "Service" or "Aftersales" Managers within a 10 mile radius of their home address I can drop them a quick snap-shot of the candidate to see if they need anyone

Being able to search for contacts on a radial search is vital for us, as we're starting to grow it's hampering the pace at which we work

Just to give you an idea of why we need it:

If I register a technician who wants a new job but isn't overly fussy who he works for, I may have 30-40 dealerships/garages who all have a Service Manager that I would like to let know of this candidates availability, with the best will in the world I do not have enough time or am very unlikely to get hold of that many people in the short space of time that I have that candidate before they start getting interviews arranged elsewhere.

Yes I am surprised this is not an option. We use Postcodes radius search for both Candidates and Client contacts.

Client postcode radius search would be great. Being able to market a candidate to contacts within X miles of their home would be extremely valuable to us

We have many candidates in central London who tell us which station they come into and ask us to find clients within a certain radius of that, so a client postcode radius search facility would save us so much time.

Agree postcode facility would be helpful for CONTACT searches.We have lots of CLIENTS with the same name in the same area e.g St Joseph's Primary School, London - so being able to search by postcode rather than just town/county/country would be really helpful.

We regularly take a candidate's CV and search for suitable contacts to phone.
The reverse of standard practise, but as effective.
