Shift status / Multi select dropdown search
Temp status - currently no preference status for temp/shift workers, instead use a custom status field that whilst it can be searched, can only search one status at a time. Either need to replicate the status options for perm/contract or allow the current field to be able to search multiple dropdowns at one time

MPC Workflow
I would like to set up workflow using a candidate record as an MPC, so that I can add contacts to the flow and record cv sent, interviews etc. Much like a job workflow but in reverse.
