  1. Weekly planner for Contractors

    A weekly planner that allows Sales Consultants, Managers and Support Staff to review all relevant information and action changes from the planner – see attached draft.

    The planner shows; Company and location, Hiring Manager, Candidate, Job Title, Start Date, End Date, Pay Rate, Charge Rate Margin, PO No. etc… Allowing the user to view all information on jobs, past, present and future.

    Users can act by filtering and sorting based on the above as well as remove, SMS and roll-on candidates from the planner.

  2. Custom Default Columns

    I know users can already select extra columns to add to the default ones in candidate search results, but having these extra columns remain once they've been added & not disappear again once you log out would be a massive help.

  3. Remove the ability for candidates to create companies on the database when they add their references

    I am having to delete loads of irrelevent companies every week that candidates are adding to Firefish when they add their references. They are either duplicates that we already have on there, based overseas, or are small shops/places where they have done casual work that are never going to recruit staff. I am trying to keep the data relevent but this is just creating completely useless data that we can't do anything with. It takes so much time to keep having to archive them every week.

  4. Link your calls to job or contacts

    It would be awesome if you could link a call or action to either a contact, candidate and job. Or all three if needed.
    If a contact was called about candidate issue then this would save on both records and create a trail history.
    if you could link to jobs then you can show the history of the follow up call to the CVs. Therefore it works with the workflow of the job and adds to the consultant KPIs for calls.
    Also if you could add multiple candidates. Then this would show that followed the three spec cvs sent to…

  5. Ability to add templates

    The templates which come as standard are great and the ability to edit them also great. However there are many times when we send very common responses to candidates that it would be really helpful to be able to add templates and then edit then accordingly. This way we could have a number of templates that we can customise for each need we have to send repetitive emails and save us having to copy paste from documents.

    Hi All,

    You may have noticed that we have recently increased the number of available Bulk Email Templates to 5 for Contacts and 5 for Candidates. If you go into Email Settings you will be able to create 5 different templates and then when you are sending the Bulk Email you can select which one you would like to send from a drop down on the Bulk Email edit view prior to sending.   6. Ability to search on last Business Development Call rather than just last action

    I think I have raised this before but we really need the functionality to search contacts by last business development call rather than just last action. We need to be able to pull up searches of who needs speaking to rather than someone who has just received our marketing and eshots as we cant easily see who has engaged with us.

  7. Customising the Call Note Types

    Love the new release of call note taking - great! However it would be ideal if we can customise these drop downs like we can do in all other aspects of the candidate portal. For example, your list: Update / Proactive Approach/ Follow Up etc is OK, but for us we would like to Add/Edit one to say NR/LM (no reply/left message) or Sending Later - as these are often the notes we make and it would save us having to type them out each time...

  8. Ability to click through to next candidate/contact on a search while in someone’s file – arrow button in top corner of each page

    It would be great to have the ability to click through to next candidate/contact on a search while in someone’s file – maybe by having an arrow button in top corner of each page, rather than having to come out of the candidate file, go back into the search and then clicking onto the next name on the list. This would save a lot of time when trawling through searches. Thanks!

  9. Contact & Candidate Follow-Up calls to have a Time

    When logging a call on either a candidate or contact it has facility to arrange a Follow-up call but only by date, often they will give a specific time (lunch break for a candidate or when not in a meeting for a contact) but currently unable to specify.

  11. Add single records to a list

    Be able to add a candidate or a contact to a saved search one by one. From the record, add to a saved search. A way of being able to chose a record, rather than having to match a criteria.

  12. Consolidate dual records to see both Candidate/Contact recent activity in one screen

    It would be advantageous to see the consolidated notes, rather than having to remember to check both screens. To clarify, it is useful to have the facility to separate the activity, but it would also be useful to have the option to specify ‘show combined’. With that, for FireFish to remember the user’s specification e.g. for my Recent Activity to always display as combined.

  13. Potential job matches on a candidate record

    When we put a new candidate on the system they will automatically drop into potential matches in a job but without going in to the jobs individually we can't see which ones they have dropped in to. If the candidate record had a separate section which listed the potential live jobs they have dropped in to then we could quickly see if we have any live jobs for that candidate that we can contact them about. We are a volume recruiter so have over 200 lives jobs available and when we put a new candidate on it takes a long…

  14. Search for Candidates and Clients by Action Events

    An integral function of the CRM is to have the capability to search for contacts or candidates by certain actions.

    for instance, it would be great if you could seas all contacts that had a placement action. this would give you very warm list quickly.

    Or search all candidates that had placements with a certain contacts/?

    Or search all contacts that have had meetings within 3 months so to reactivate if needed.

    Or all candidates that have had a proactive call to re-qualify.

  15. Sales/Sales Projections to use Calendar Months rather than Week view

    On our dashboard, the sales projections for 31st July are pulling through as August as the 31st July is contained within the first week of August.

    Can this be changed to these use accurate calendar months rather than a week commencing.

  17. Interview Outlook calendar reminder to all consultants

    It would be good for multiple consultants to receive an outlook calendar reminder when interviews are arranged via Firefish.

    Currently it only goes to the person that arranges the interview, which is unhelpful when people are covering holidays or someone else has created the interview to help out.
