Summary Tab - Employment dates and Also Interested In
On the summary tab of the candidate record you can see current and past employments but you cannot see the dates of these employments unless you go into the candidate profile. Would be good if these dates could also be added to the summary tab.
Currently on the summary tab of a candidate record you can see the candidates preferred discipline and location. It would good to have a snapshot of the candidates also interested option too.

Email candidate's on their birthdays
It would be nice to be able to either automatically email candidate's on their birthday, or to get a task in your Dashboard To-do list as a reminder to do this.

Allow nominated users to edit talent pools
Currently, only the creator of the talent pool can edit. We've got multiple consultants mining the same talent pools for similar skills/experience.
It's a big admin task to leave it to one person to edit, so would be useful to allow the creator to also nominate admins who can also edit the talent pools too.
4 votesTalent Pools can be set as private, shared with a particular team or shared with all users. Using these sharing options will allow you to give other users access to existing or new Talent Pools.

In the mailshot email template add merge fields for Recruiter against the advert's email address and phone number

Postcode Column in Potential Matches
We would love a postcode column in the Potential Matches column please.
We do a lot of work close to London and the Dartford Crossing. It is very rare that we will find a candidate who will travel over the Dartford Crossing (or indeed through the Blackwall Tunnel) due to traffic congestion. A 10 mile journey over the crossing could take them an hour to do. It is also very rare to have a client that will take candidates from either side of the crossing.
If i do a search within a 10 mile radius of Dartford, I could have…

The original source of the candidate needs to remain even if the LinkedIn profile is linked.
The original source of the candidate needs to remain even if the LinkedIn profile is linked at a later stage. Currently, the original source of the candidate is overwritten so its difficult to get an accurate report on candidate sources to analyse ROI on advertising channels.

Calendar when creating/editing placements
When creating a placement the calendar is Mon-Sun but when you amend the existing placement it shows at Sun-Sat.
Would it be possible to link this with the start of the business week in the System Config settings?

Have spell check on documents
spell check and the undo button - basically it would be good to have all the same functions of word on all documents. to also have spell check on e-mail

Rate card per company
Under company compliance, it would be good to have a standard rate card (with all the overtime rates etc) a company usually offers to save this having to be added to every new job manually

Amend and/or remove drop down options on Permanent/Temp Status
It would be helpful to be able to remove options such as 'Immediately Available' and 'Passively Looking' on Permanent and Temp Status. If not, then the option to amend the names.

Arrange Employer Interview on behalf of user
To be able to arrange an Employer Interview but assign it to another user (so the selected user gets the KPI, To Do task and Diary entry).
"Confirm User" field is currently available on Recruiter Interviews so same functionality on Employer Interviews.

Hide Preferences Per Site (Enterprise)
To be able to hide the preferences per site e.g. have Discipline visible in primary site but hidden in secondary site.

Disable Job workflow stages
Allow the job workflow to be configurable per workflow type -- i.e. hide recruiter interview/CV sent/employer interview in the temp workflow but still have these visible in perm workflow.
