We would love a postcode column in the Potential Matches column please.

We do a lot of work close to London and the Dartford Crossing. It is very rare that we will find a candidate who will travel over the Dartford Crossing (or indeed through the Blackwall Tunnel) due to traffic congestion. A 10 mile journey over the crossing could take them an hour to do. It is also very rare to have a client that will take candidates from either side of the crossing.

If i do a search within a 10 mile radius of Dartford, I could have 175+ CV's to sort through. This is very, very time consuming. If i could see a candidates postcode, i could exclude probably 3/4 of those CV's in one hit.

We also have the same problems with the London postcodes. A 5 mile journey in London can take in excess of an hour in rush hour, so again it would cut our time drastically if we could remove all candidates with that kind of journey time. We know what reasonable distance can be commuted from what postcode.

It would also be nice to have more control over the results in Potential Matches and have the option to sort by the column we're most interested in, not by how the system thinks they should be sorted. This would go hand in hand with the request above as we could then easily sort the candidates by postcode to bulk discard them.
