  1. make job applicant notification emails link to vacancy workflow

    The system emails to alert us of a job applicant should have a clickable link that takes us through to the vacancy workflow, i.e. to review/consider/reject the candidate's application.

    Currently, I have to log in and search for the applicant manually.
