Have email templates within the process
The new email templates in the Activity Library are excellent. It would be so helpful if we could have templates within the processes. For example, a series of 'Not Progressing' templates allows us to explain to the candidate why they were not selected/considered.

Re-book people on to jobs they've been on previously
If a candidate has been on a job, left the job and then after a period of time rejoined the job you should be able to rebook them to the job without having to create a whole new job.

When duplicating a job, provide the option to bring candidates to the new job
When creating a similair job from an existing job, provide the option to carryover any existing candidates associated with the original job into the new one.

Make Job Profile attaching to Candidate CV Sent Email optional
At the moment when you send a candidate CV to a client via the job workflow, an auto email is populated to the candidate to inform them their CV has been sent and attaches the Job Profile if one has been added to the job.
It would be good if attaching the Job Profile to the email was optional...A setting in general settings to switch off attaching the job profile to the candidate.

Sort by Columns in Potential matches
Ability to sort on columns in potential matches like you can in searches. The critical fields are: Miles, Ranking and Hot status

Add all recruiter notes from the job to the "post it" box - and make them editable
There seems to have been a change in functionality - previously all recruiter notes were concatenated into the "Post It" box when moving from Considering to Recruiter Interview and beyond. Now it seems that only the most recent note is moved across - and given that this often just says something like "Kathryn to screen" as the last step, it holds no value without all the other communication that has gone before it.
Also, given that the recruiter notes are not editable in the side bar, I am finding it very hard to persuade the team to use them without…

Adding candidate owner to potential matches tab on jobs
It would be really helpful if the Candidate Owner could be added as a field to the Potential Matches tab on Jobs. Then Recruiters could check through their own candidate lists more easily.

Sometimes you need to exclude people from the search fields and having a Not or a does not contain option is really helpful

Dashboard Sales Plan/Temp Sales Improvement
It would be great if there was an option for temp sales to pull into the sales plan on a weekly basis rather than logged all at once. When terminations are logged it can end up with minuses in for the week it is logged, which is not actually accurate as it impacts previous figures

Contract Status Update
When a contract placement is completed. the system reverts the status of the candidate to "Actively Looking" - It would be great if the status reverted to the availability the candidate had prior to the placement such as "Immediately Available"

Add Interview Outcome Notes to Contact Record as well as Candidate
I'm not sure why MEETING NOTES for INTERVIEWS only appear on the Candidate record.
They need to appear on the CONTACT record as well.
In addition there should be two sets of MEETING NOTES for each INTERVIEW as clearly there are two sets of feedback not one.
i.e. One set from the Candidate and one set from the Contact

Notes box when arranging Employer Interview
When adding a client interview to the system it would be really useful to have a notes box to add additional information. Perhaps a second interviewer, or information about a competency test etc.

Availability Searching
In the temp market we often just need to be able to see who we still available for any given day. Adding actual availability (I mean the availability from the availability tab itself, not just an available from date) into the candidate search options is absolutely vital to the way we do business. We have to fill very quickly or we miss out. We simply don't have time to manually check the availability of every matching candidate.

Display less information in the "Contracts Out" window
The smaller text feels needless to me and overwhelming when you have 50+ Contracts Out. I understand an update is imminent allowing the fields displayed to be customised - at the same time can the sub-text be removed, otherwise, they'd be even more duplicated information than there is now (for example, I will want to add the Job location as a sortable field but the location is already shown in two other places. Furthermore, the site/company name is already showing 3 times). Thanks

Currently minimal information is displayed, adding Start Date will provide clarity with regards to the urgency/priority each job requires

Ability to see "Last Action Date" in Leads section
Hi, on the Leads section, please can you show "last action date" rather than "last updated Date" column? Last Updated Date does not seem to show if an email/call/message has been logged etc so you have to go into each contact to see when each Lead was last looked at. This means you cannot easily see which Leads to follow up on.
