  1. When duplicating a job, provide the option to bring candidates to the new job

    When creating a similair job from an existing job, provide the option to carryover any existing candidates associated with the original job into the new one.

  5. Mark roles as confidential

    Hi, we handle a few roles which are confidential. It would be amazing if we could have a way of marking these roles on the system and having that show next to the role rather than putting confidential in the job title.
    It's necessary to mark them appropriately, so when our Resources are talking to candidates, they don't disclose the company or don't mention the role at all.

    On that note, it would also be advantageous to have an ON HOLD option. You can select that as an option when you close a job, but we do have instances where…

  7. Clear all outstanding application notifications associated with an advert when advert is closed

  8. Dashboard Sales Plan/Temp Sales Improvement

    It would be great if there was an option for temp sales to pull into the sales plan on a weekly basis rather than logged all at once. When terminations are logged it can end up with minuses in for the week it is logged, which is not actually accurate as it impacts previous figures

  9. Notification Pop Up for New Applications

    The same way that outlook floats a little notification at the bottom corner of the screen for a new email, I think if FF created a similar feature for new applications coming in that would be quite cool. Sometimes I can be off engrossed on job boards searching for people and a really good person might have applied but because I am off doing something else, it can be a while before I realise there is an application! I think a little notification will just remind us to check back "when needed".

  10. Contract Status Update

    When a contract placement is completed. the system reverts the status of the candidate to "Actively Looking" - It would be great if the status reverted to the availability the candidate had prior to the placement such as "Immediately Available"

  11. Ability to change LTD to another name

    To be able to change the name of LTD in the jobs which also pulls through in the email template merge fields (i.e. total rate breakdown field)

  12. Add Interview Outcome Notes to Contact Record as well as Candidate

    I'm not sure why MEETING NOTES for INTERVIEWS only appear on the Candidate record.

    They need to appear on the CONTACT record as well.

    In addition there should be two sets of MEETING NOTES for each INTERVIEW as clearly there are two sets of feedback not one.

    i.e. One set from the Candidate and one set from the Contact

  13. Increase Number of Vacancies per job allowed beyond the current 100

    Currently only 100 vacancies per job allowed. Can this be increased to allow any number, As with Contracts there could be up to 400 or 500 at any one time and currently this means a number of Jobs. It would be better for reporting etc if they were all under the one job

  14. Insert a link in the email alert which leads directly to the application in FF

    When a candidate applies to a role on our website we get an email alert
    Then we have to log into FF and find the candidate
    Can the alert have a link directly to the application on FF

  15. Change pay/charge rates on placed temp jobs without the need to end & extend placement

    Having the ability to make planned changes to temp pay and charge rates without having to end the placement and then extend with new pay/charge rates would be a big. Something as simple as edit- "pay/charge and date change to take effect from" would be better than going into each placement and ending it first, then setting up an extension with new rates - this is time-consuming and too many steps for a simple rate change. Every time there is a minimum wage change or update to NI/ or parity pay kicks in after 12 weeks etc we have to…

  16. candidate/client blacklist

    Most CRMS have the facility to permanently exclude candidates from clients or vice versa. It would be very useful for this feature on FireFish. For example, currently the job flow process requires manually adding a candidate to 'considering' and then manually 'withdraw' particular candidates to avoid them getting certain job alerts.

    So if a candidate won't work at a specific client or the client won't have a specific candidate back this feature would prevent poor auto-matching.

    Of course that would only affect 'Matches / Potential matches' so if a blacklist candidate/client were being 'considered' perhaps a warning message/marker could be…

  17. Copy candidates from one job workflow to another job's Considering workflow

    It would be great to be able to move candidates already in a job workflow in bulk to another job's Considering list. I.e. if you have 5 candidates in a CV Sent stage with one job but there's another job suitable for 4 of those candidates, can we click on those 4 & consider them straight to another job.

  20. Update the CC/BCC functionality on CV sent emails

    When sending a CV on job workflow, the CC and BCC on the email modal should be updated to show the available contacts at the company.
