  1. sending multiple roles to candidates

    The ability to send multiple roles to candidates allows for speedier distribution and not having to access each role individually. Indiviudually can be time-consuming and not as efficient as we would like to work.

  2. Postcode distance search on Jobs

    Currently you can search candidates and clients by postcode distance but not jobs. Can we have a postcode distance search so when we get a new candidate we can search what jobs we have for them within a certain distance?

  3. Delete terminations

    I think it would be beneficial if we were able to delete terminations. Sometimes we may need to make amendments on the initial placements which cannot be done currently once a termination has been put through. If a placement has been put through incorrectly, or if the candidate actually accepts the job again, it would make things much easier if we were able to delete a termination.

  4. Have a bank of job adverts stored for you to select from a drop down instead of always creating new

    This would be extremely helpful as it would save creating ads from scratch or creating similar or copy and pasting etc as there are errors that can occur with these 3 methods. If there were set templates stored our users would be able to just select the one they needed and post it.

  5. Allow a placement to be split between more than 3 consultants

    Raise the split option on a placement to more than 3 consultants, we ideally need 5 or 6!

  6. To be able to assign a Candidate to the same job repeatedly.

    We place Candidates into the same role for temporary assignments on regular basis. For example I.M. could be working at one company for 1 week and then come back to the their previous assignment, exactly the same job...but at the moment I cannot assign that person and have to create a new job, which then show them as working loads of jobs, yet they were doing the same job for the same company on numerous occasions.

  7. Add annual salary as an option under the contract tab

    Some contract jobs are fixed term and are salaried per annum as opposed to per day or per hour

    It would be good to set an additional option to have per annum as a pay rate on a job

  8. Email everyone in your Placement list

    We are able to email everyone in a Considering list for a job, but if you have guys placed in the job, you are not able to email all at the same time, unless you create a Talent Pool. It would be a great function if you can fire off an email to all of your current working guys- within a job, and across all jobs too.

  9. Interview Requested

    Please could we have a "REQUESTED INTERVIEW" button on the The Considering, Recruiter Interviews, CVs Sent & Employer Interviews tabs with an associated Action Note and updated Status (visible to us and the candidate via the portal) so that we know we have requested interview availability.

    This should also generate a standard email to request availability to interview.

    At the moment we request interview slots over the phone. Candidates prefer email we know, and this extra status event would give more dynamic information to them re where they are in the process and also remind them that we are waiting…

  11. Changing hourly rates to day rates on Offer screen

    Changing hourly rate to Day rate on the Offer screen
    When making an offer, it would be good if we could change the rates from hourly to daily on the offer set up screen rather than have to go back into the vacancy page to change it. It's time consuming and you lose data you have entered on the offer screen.

  12. email all candidates in job workflow when a job is filled

    Have an option that emails all the candidates in a job workflow when the job is filled. Ideally the template would be editable and push the candidate back to the customer website or candidate portal

  13. Short Term Contracts

    Could we have the functionality to place candidates in occasional flexible contracts. At present we would need to book them on a new job each time we place them in few days of work. There are a lot of recruiters who will be hiring to have a candidate on day-to-day or occasional contracts.

  15. Allow for better Potential Matches on Jobs

    When we add a job e.g. Project Manager, it has come up with over 2000 matches. You can currently include keywords, discipline and role.

    1) it would be good if you could select multiple roles, e.g. Project manager and 'Senior Project Manager) so it shows both in the potential matches folder.

    2) We have set up a third Category (in Preferences) for candidate's Sectors, however I cannot put this filter into the Job Summary under Potential Matches. This would immediately help me bring up Sector specific candidates too.

    Please let us know if possible. Would really make FF stand out…

    Thanks for posting.

    I’ve set this suggestion to “Open for Voting” for your first point.

    For point 2, good news on this one – there is a setting within “Settings > System Configuration > Preferences” where you can choose where to display the Specialistion (third category) field. We’ve enabled this on the job for you now so you’ll be able to filter your Potential Matches further.

  16. unarchive candidates automatically that apply to a job

    Can we have a function that when an archived candidate applies for a role that they are automatically unarchived and the application is available in the work flow.

  18. Option to select other users of Firefish when sending emails throughout Firefish from a dropdown list to CC in colleagues easily

    Like we have the ability to CC multiple contacts when sending emails, we should be able to CC our team members from a drop drop down.
    Currently if have to CC another user, we have to type in their email address

  19. re-instate terminated candidates back into job

    sometimes in temp a candidate is extended and then terminated as not needed but the client can call back in a couple of weeks wanting the same person - at the moment, if temp has been terminated, consultant would need ot create similar job, get it authorised and go through the compliance team again instead of being able to just add the terminated candidate back into workflow

  20. Potential Matches View-able from Open Jobs Page

    Would it be possible to add a 'potential matches' column to the open/live jobs page. This would eliminate the need to go into each individual job to see if any newly registered candidates have dropped into a job.
