Kanban view for job management.
Give the option to have a kanban view for job management - i.e. drag and drop candidates from Considering to Shortlist to CV Send to Interview, etc.

Candidate Names Merge Field
At present the Interview Confirmation - Candidate email allows you to use the merge field of contact name and company name in the subject line. The same is not true for the Interview Confirmation - Contact as there could be multiple names when creating bulk interviews. It would be handy to have the option for users that don't do high volume interviews.

Ability to enter a fixed fee when entering placement information.
When processing a placement (permanent, or fixed term contract), should have the ability to override sales markup and input a figure, for example where a fixed fee has been agreed rather than percentage based markup.

Add calendar function for part-time placements to select working days
Add calendar function for part-time placements to select working days. With this it would allow the user to know how many working days over a period the candidate would work, if the system knew working days/patterns, rather than assuming it is 5 days per week.

Mark roles as confidential
Hi, we handle a few roles which are confidential. It would be amazing if we could have a way of marking these roles on the system and having that show next to the role rather than putting confidential in the job title.
It's necessary to mark them appropriately, so when our Resources are talking to candidates, they don't disclose the company or don't mention the role at all.On that note, it would also be advantageous to have an ON HOLD option. You can select that as an option when you close a job, but we do have instances where…

Clear all outstanding application notifications associated with an advert when advert is closed
When an advert is closed or job is filled, clear all outstanding application notifications associated to the role from the to-do list.

Contract Workflow Rates Per Site
At the moment the rates are a global setting controlled by the primary site, these should be able to be controlled on a per-site basis for enterprise, as a secondary site may have different requirements

Ability to change LTD to another name
To be able to change the name of LTD in the jobs which also pulls through in the email template merge fields (i.e. total rate breakdown field)

Increase Number of Vacancies per job allowed beyond the current 100
Currently only 100 vacancies per job allowed. Can this be increased to allow any number, As with Contracts there could be up to 400 or 500 at any one time and currently this means a number of Jobs. It would be better for reporting etc if they were all under the one job

Contract Activity Templates
The BETA Activities Library doesn't include Opportunities. It would be useful to have this option included so that templates can be set for the different but frequent contract offer emails we may send out to candidates & contacts, respectively

Notes box when arranging Employer Interview
When adding a client interview to the system it would be really useful to have a notes box to add additional information. Perhaps a second interviewer, or information about a competency test etc.

Availability Searching
In the temp market we often just need to be able to see who we still available for any given day. Adding actual availability (I mean the availability from the availability tab itself, not just an available from date) into the candidate search options is absolutely vital to the way we do business. We have to fill very quickly or we miss out. We simply don't have time to manually check the availability of every matching candidate.

Ability to cc contacts into emails (like you can when sending a CV)
When you send a CV you can click on the 3 dots to CC others contacts within that organisation. Would it be possible to add this facility when sending general emails to contacts.

Contact all candidates on a job
An option to contact all candidates under one job at the same time - instead of individually emailing/texting the same update numerous times. Especially useful if there is a work update that needs distributing.

It would be helpful to have a column with the date of the last activity under the recruitment tab for Open and Closed & Placed Jobs

Ability to see "Last Action Date" in Leads section
Hi, on the Leads section, please can you show "last action date" rather than "last updated Date" column? Last Updated Date does not seem to show if an email/call/message has been logged etc so you have to go into each contact to see when each Lead was last looked at. This means you cannot easily see which Leads to follow up on.
