  1. Authorise Extensions

    We would like to be able to authorise extensions, not just be notified when they've happened.

  2. Possible to get a catergory for new starters within firefish, where a profile could be made for people looking to transition into OEG?

    When recruiting new technicians or people transitioning into the industry - Is there a folder within Firefish where all people looking at coming into the industry could be captured and not just for one specific job? Columns to be added to filter experience with mechanical, hydraulic o electrical backgrounds along with level of education, focusing on NVQL3, apprenticeships etc.

  3. Restrict user levels to not being able to log an end date on a temp/contract placement

    But they should still be able to log terminations.

    I am looking to do that as we really want a notification of drop outs now we have the setting in place.

  4. View time spent at each stage of the job workflow

    It would be good to view the time each candidate has spent at each stage of the job workflow - e.g. Considering, Interviews, CV Sent - on the Reports Dashboard.

    It would also be good to filter by Job/Company.

  5. Include "not" functionality in searches

    Sometimes you need to exclude people from the search fields and having a Not or a does not contain option is really helpful

  6. Create tab in the Recruitment tab capturing which job descriptions have been sent to the candidate.

    Create a tab in the Recruitment tab from which it is possible to send job specs to a candidate and captures which job specs have been sent to the candidate.
    Surely a critical part of the candidate journey.
    As is the system only shows jobs candidate has been considered for but not if those jobs specs have been sent to the candidate.

  7. custom text field - Perm Workflow

    Within the system config properties you can currently setup two custom text fields for the perm workflow. It would be good to have more available text fields to use for this workflow similar to what is available on the contract workflow.

  8. Sending a CV from a Candidate record is too slow

    From a Candidate record it would be useful to be able to send the CV to a role they are being considered for WITHOUT having to open the recruitment tab then open the job then send the CV

  9. Contract Workflow Rates Per Site

    At the moment the rates are a global setting controlled by the primary site, these should be able to be controlled on a per-site basis for enterprise, as a secondary site may have different requirements

  10. Have Option for WRA payment type/email templates

    Different info to PAYE, so would be good to have another option alongside PAYE and LTD with it's own email templates

  11. Do a bulk email to send out to candidates wishing them luck on their interview

    An email pulling the job details, job spec etc similar to an interview confirmation, where we can search today's interviews and send a bulk email wishing them good luck,

  12. Measure Contract Jobs and Placements in WEEKS not DAYS

    Contracts are generally based on months. 6 months is standard, sometimes 3 or 4 or 12 for example.

    I would like to see the number of weeks e.g. 26 - for a 6 month contract, not the number of days - which is only relevant for Temps.

    I would like the system to calculate and end date based on a start date and a number of weeks.

    I would like to see this at JOB level and at PLACEMENT and EXTENSION level.

  13. Remove 'types' from interview confirmation options

    From an internal recruiter perspective when using FF as an ATS it would be beneficial to be able to make the 'types' field on interview confirmations a non compulsory field, it doesn't fit with our interview confirmations so I always have to enter something then remove it manually for the confirmation to make sense.
