Candidates current job title in the report builder
To add the candidates job title in the report builder so each consultant can find it easier to look for specific candidates when matching with new jobs. We use this regularly and would find it more helpful.

Add [ContactJobTitle] to Merge Fields
This would be very useful for sending bulk emails.

‘ContactJobTitle’ merge field will now be available to add to any email template where ‘ContactName’ appears – this of course includes your bulk contact emails.

Business Development Email against company
The business development email sent via contact currently doesn't show as a company action, can this email show against company and contact record?

Include more fonts to choose from
We're undergoing a rebranding and would like all emails etc to in Century Gothic font. It would be great if the Firefish system could have additional fonts available to choose from.

Offer Authorisation list - bring through colours
bring through the requested/incomplete/ready to place into the to-do list - hard to remember which you've dealt with already especially if multiple people looking at this list, the colours/status would allow you to easily identify ones that no-one has worked yet

Bring the timesheet approver field into the offer screen
As when compliance users finishing off the placement, they don't know who the timesheet approver is and the recruiter can't access the placement screen. This could be solved by adding timesheet approver to the offer screen like the accounts/billing contact
1 voteBy disabling the Restrict Placement Action setting, Recruiters will be able to confirm the placement once Compliance User has completed the compliance details and the candidate is Ready to Place. During confirmation of the placement, the Recruiter will be able to populate the Timesheet Approver.

Seperate HR/Accounts email addresses for placements
Whilst you can have separate emails for accounts and HR depending on whether you're in temp or perm workflow you can't set up seperate perm/temp accounts or hr email addresses

Add a Jobs Module to the Reports Dashboard
Where you could see at a glance how many CVs each user sent and how many interviews were arranged on a particular day.

Allow offer info in the API
API currently gives placements info, we need it to display the offer info too

Postcode search on Job Potential Matches.
The ability to be able to set a separate postcode search when setting up potential matches would be great. The postcode search currently works when the company address is the same as the location as the job but doesn't work for us when the site is in a totally separate location.

Let you just move CVs over
Be able to drag and drop CVs into the document tab rather than having to save them and then upload them.

stop attaching client terms of business to every CV submission email. Why would you want to do this?
And also stop them being attached to each job for that client
1 voteWe have added the ability to automatically add the 'Terms' document to a ‘CV Send’ email.
In the Job Configuration menu there is now a check box for 'Terms'.
This will be enabled by default but can be easily disabled by simply unchecking the box.

Going through some older ideas on the Community and came across this one.
Good news is that you can create a report card within the Reports Dashboard and filter it by your candidate or contact calls. You'll then be able to click into each segment or KPI to view the call details.

Ability to bulk change candidate ratings
When handling applications, you can only currently change candidate rating's one at a time. This is not only time consuming, but also laborious.
Why not enable the user to select multiple candidates at once and do the change all together. Whether that be after they've been rejected, or with the pop-up comments box screen which comes up before the reject email.
We use 1* rating as a 'delete', seeing as there's no point having 1* candidates on a database. But because we're handling so many applications every day, we end up sending bulk decline emails and in doing so, can't…

The star rating field is now available on the pop up modal when performing the Not Progressing action via the Advert Applications tab. This will allow you to bulk change candidates star ratings when performing this action.

Be able to add overtime rates after the temporary contract has been extended
For example - when you have had a temp working for some time and the contract has been extended and then due to peaks in the business - they get paid an overtime rate. At the moment, you are not able to amend and add an overtime rate for it to merge over onto our payroll system (timesheet portal). It would be a great help as we do not always know straight away if I temp will be extended/required to work overtime

Thanks for your suggestion – good news on this one! You can edit an existing placement or extension and add any additional rates to the contract, then once you hit “Confirm” you can send or skip the emails and at this point the data will be resent to Timesheet Portal. Customising aspects of candidate portal
The messaging displayed currently is really off putting - we don't do marketing per se (it would be better if this said "Email communication") and we most definitely do not have Offers to communicate to candidates looking for jobs. Most of our new registered users are opting out of email marketing, resulting in us being unable to do much with the information they have just given us.
We really ought to have the ability to change that wording so our users will know that they won't be spammed!1 voteWe’ve updated the text on the My Alerts page within the Candidate Portal to match the text on the Communication Preferences landing page which is already part of your registration and compliance workflows. The previous selections for Email Marketing, SMS Marketing and Offers have been renamed to Personalised Email, Text Message and Offers. This gives your candidates a clearer understanding of each communication preference option.

Generate list of upcoming Client Tasks
It would be helpful when managing clients if we are able to pull a report of all upcoming client tasks we have set for our clients.
At present you have to go in week by week to count or preview tasks you have coming up.
Can we implement a feature to search upcoming tasks?
