Creating a new job
When I create a new job I'm asked for a contact at the company and can't save the job until I enter a contact which I'm unable to do!

Emailing all candidates in a shortlist
It would be great if we could mail a list of candidates whose CV's we have sent forward for a role eg with a job update, or an on hold notification or with additional information.

Considering List- Notes
Is it possible to change the note function within a job to easily identify whether a note has been left? At the moment you need to press the +/- button to see this information

Show job priorities in the job list reports
It would be good if the job priorities indicated by the coloured flags could carry through to the bespoke job reports.
So to display High / Medium / Low or / No Priority for each job

Add Accounts Contact information on Client Records so they can appear on billing requests
We'd like to record the accounts contacts from our clients on the main client record so that it pulls through on our billing requests and there's only once place to update it, if it changes.

Dashboard Access
When viewing another consultants dashboard it would be good if Sup Users could action items on the "to do" list ie Job Adverts, Interview Requests
This would really help in terms of holidays and long term sickness

You can allow certain user types to complete other team members To Do lists via Settings > User Management > User Permissions.

Multiple selection of geographical search areas
We have a situation where we have multiple vacancies across bordering counties and would like to be able to search within the advanced search option for multiple geographical areas...i.e. Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire etc... in one search.

One-Click Client Update Report
Often we have to spend a lot of time collating information on individual roles for clients on numbers of candidates applied, numbers considered, number interviewed, sources, etc. All the relevant information a client migh want to know about the search being conducted. If FF could have a button on the role summary page to generate a report on the role, it would be great to click tat and fire off the subsequent report to the client.

An oldie but a goody!
It may have taken us sometime but we recently added a function to the job summary page whereby you can create an email to the Job Contact (attached image1) confirming the details of the job (attached image2).

Record emails send to contacts
when clicking on the email in a contact record to send one to them a record is automatically generated in the action history with the content in notes

Specify if someone is primarily a contact or candidate
Put a tick box in the heading bar of contacts rto specify them as a candidate of contact - i.e. contact only show that you get the correct page you need for each person first time.

Create a Notes section on Company Summary
It would be great to have a 'Notes' section on the Company's Summary page, for information such as 'Recruitment Freeze until xx/xx', etc. I imagine it would be easy to create and there is certainly space on the page. I currently record informaiton like this in notes from a phone call, but it's not so readily available that way.

Columns to view candidates' current & required salaries in a job record
When viewing candidates assigned to a job, the column for ‘Pay’ appears to be the candidates’ desired salary, but this is not clear and I found it to be misleading. Perhaps having both columns would be better?

Can company contacts be listed in alphabetical order as opposed to the order in which they were added?

Notes section for new vacancy
Its rare that I have an actual job spec from my clients. When putting a vacancy on it would be useful to have a notes section at the bottom to add any notes relating to the role.

Confirm Meetings with Candidates that are not role specific
Often candidates wish to meet with us to discuss options and how we can work with them proactively to find roles and sometimes just so we are aware of them for when interesting opportunities arise. As such we often need to confirm candidate meetings that are not linked directly to a role. Currently there is no automated confirmation generated for such meetings as this is only generated when meeting a candidate against a specific requirement workflow.

Add notes option when completing To Do actions
In To Do lists - when completing follow ups - can there be an option in addition to DONE to add notes to the record, rather than linking back in to add them - so, maybe ADD NOTE

Interviewing internally, once a CV has been sent.
Within a job record, once a candidate has been marked ‘CV Sent’, they cannot then be scheduled for an internal interview. As it's not always possible to meet candidates before sending their CV, but always before they meet clients, I think this would be very useful.

sending T&C's along with CV's
is it possible to attach our T&C's along with every CV that we send out?
0 votesHI there – just to let you know that we have just released the following feature that covers this request,
If the terms are on the company document tab and you create a job for that company they will come through to the job terms document tab and they will now be sent out along with the CV sent action.
As soon as you upload terms on to the job they will also be send automatically out with your CV send action.
