  1. prevent accidental deletion of documents

    Please can we have a 'failsafe' check around the uploaded documents? it is very easy to hit the X to delete a document instead of opening the document and it doesn't ask 'are you sure you want to delete?', therefore you just lose the file.

    Can we change the star rating when we are in an internal interview or at any stage of the process rather than only being able to do it in an action?

  3. Withdrawn/Not Progressing tracking and storage!

    Within any job, we have different options @ the top (considering, internal int, external int etc) - but our withdrawn or not progressing candidates sit (greyed out so you can't do anything with them) within 'considering'. But it would be better if we had a 'withdrawn/not progressing' option @ the top as well and candidates are moved into there.

    There also needs to be be a way of seeing in recent actions on the job page when a candidate has withdrawn or not progressed.

    not sure i want to split off the candidates rejected or withdrawn but understand and agree that we could try and make it easier.

    I made a posting to another enquiry http://bit.ly/c09PgC about moving more stuff on the one page and then you would have a summary of all the candidates withdrawn / rejected visible here

    in terms of seeing recent candidates rejected your should be able to see this on the job summary page in the last 5 actions and then if you click onto the action history you will see a list of all activities.

    longer term i would like to be able to offer a way of filtering the action notes.

  4. save and close!

    can we have a 'save and close' button @ the top of the page as well as the bottom, to save scrolling down? Will make whizzing round the system much quicker, and avoid us getting heaps in our open activities list : )

  5. Select 2 Interviewers to Confirm Meetings.

    The vast majority of interviews with clients involve 2 interviewers:what about the ability to add a second interviewer when confirming external interviews? At least one should have the option to add an additional email recipient to the confirmation email, which is not possible right now, which means you have to go into sent items to then resend to the other participants in the meeting.

    When sending email confirmation to a contact, you now have the ability to CC in any other contacts from that company.

  6. Package Detail Field Added

    ****** added to document package for candidates. Having this information stored is very valuable and makes it easier to produce salary and package benchmark reports. As well as, being able to have the information at hand when a client calls and asks for it before an interview.

  9. CV Word Searching

    When conducting a search on Firefish we frequently use the 'keyword' search box. This search cannot pick up more than one word at a time, it cannot pick up words which are side by side.

    For example a "cost accountant" search brings up anyone who has either of these words on their profile - making alot of the search irrelevant!

    HI you now have full bullion searching which includes phrase searching on the potential match and system searching

  10. How are search results returned when searching for candidate skills?

    We need to be able to search for candidates on the skills they are coded with. Our database has international candidates coded with their languages in the skills section of the profile. Currently we are unable to search on this.

    Hi we have made the skills section of the candidate profile auto populate and now moved this to a search option on the advanced search. I hope this helps

  11. Finding and Coding Part Time Candidates

    Could FF create a way of coding candidates as being available to work part time? It would be ideal if we could then search on this if a part time job crops up!

  12. Terminations

    Once a placement is terminated the candidate's status still shows as happy in current position & category is placed. Is there any way we can add something in place of these so it doesn't get mistaken for a placed candidate?

    Some great improvements in our perm terminations -

    1) you can reset the candidate status
    2) record action notes and grade with stars
    3) opt the candidate back in to job alerts and marketing
    4) reopen the job and bring all the candidate that were automatically ‘not progressed’ at placement back in to the workflow
    5) remove the red engagement indicator from the candidates header

    And we released this last night for you – enjoy !

  13. Preferences Per Site Settings - Jobs/Contacts/Companies

  17. Include a date and timestamp when uploading received emails

    At the moment, when you upload received emails to FireFish and time and date stamp of when the email was actually received is not included. Instead, FireFish only shows the time the email was uploaded. It would be incredibly useful, sometimes business-critical, to be able to see when emails were received.

  18. Make Company Info Editable from Summary Tab

    On company profile, the links on Summary tab allow you to click through and quickly edit what you need to, however it's frustrating that you cant:

    1. Edit the description from the Summary tab
    2. That there isn't the link that takes you to the exact field to edit (the way the links work via the Summary tab in a candidate record).

  19. Timesheet Approver Field

    When making a placement it would be good to have a timesheet approver, similar to the billing contact to allow this information to be passed over to Timesheet Portal.

    We’ve added a Timesheet Approver field to the Placement page on the contract workflow, allowing you to populate up to 2 timesheet approvers from one company.

    This can be enabled via Settings > Job Configuration > Contract Workflow > Placement Settings.

    If you already have the Timesheet Portal CSV Export set up then we’ve enabled this field for you. Any timesheet approvers you populate will also be included in the Timesheet Portal CSV for any future contract placements.

  20. Move candidates to the top of the considering page if they are updated?

    Currently if a candidate is marked as not progressing they move into a grey area. It would be great if the candidates that are sitting in considered would move to the top if they're updated/changed ie an email or bulk email sent to a candidate would move them to the top. So that interested candidates would be sitting at the top, pending in the middle and not progressing at the bottom.

    On the Considering list of a job, you can use the Suitablity column to flag candidates as Suitable, Maybe or Unsuitable.

    Candidates are sorted primarly by Suitablity in the following order: Unranked, Suitable, Maybe, Unsuitable (top to bottom).

    Once candidates are sorted by Suitability, the most recently updated candidates will always be at the top, based on the Action column.
