    create a field against each users settings where they can enter their meeting scheduling link (i.e. tools like calendly) and this link should then be a merge field available for email templates.

    i.e. if they have come through as legitimate interest and then you receive full consent, this can't be reflected against the record

    If a recruiter opts a candidate in under legit interest/ verbal / written/not applicable at this stage, it should be possible to still send a consent request following on from this and/or for the candidate within their portal to update their consent
