    Yes this idea is much needed. It frustrates me greatly that I have to reset my preferred columns/ each time I search

    A bit of context to this: At present, if screening questions are set up against a job ad, the candidate can abort the application at the point they get to the screening questions (they'll probably do so if the questions make them realise they're not right for the job).

    Candidates who do this will still be added to the database. My opinion is that it's not a completed application until the screening questions have been answered. And therefore the application shouldn't even appear in the database if someone aborts.

    I suggested this idea because it was a really great feature on a previous CRM I used. Some screens can get very 'busy' and as a result users often miss fields that really need coding. If the system could only display the fields that we use, they're more likely to be filled in.

  7. On the 'Applications' tab of an advert screen, it would be sooooo useful if the candidates desired salary was shown

    Similarly the 'Not Progressing email when you're rejecting a candidate (there are multiple reasons why you might reject someone). I use a platform called Cord which does this really nicely. Happy to show someone if you want me to.
