A bit of context to this: At present, if screening questions are set up against a job ad, the candidate can abort the application at the point they get to the screening questions (they'll probably do so if the questions make them realise they're not right for the job).
Candidates who do this will still be added to the database. My opinion is that it's not a completed application until the screening questions have been answered. And therefore the application shouldn't even appear in the database if someone aborts.
