    Would be a great thing, to be able to add people without being reliant on it being picked up from the system or to be able to add people that dont meet the initial cirteria of a talent pool

    Typically people expect to be opted in and then chose to opt out so would make life a lot easier to do it this way round instead of having to constantly go into new candidates and make sure that consultants are adding in the marketing - would prefer have this with clients as well, automatically opted in and then if they chose to opt out that is fine but otherwise we are going to miss people out from both arenas in communicating with them
