Measure Hit rate / bounce backs
Is there a plan to integrate email tracking - open rates / hit rates / Bounce backs
77 votesHI Richard we do this for you through the job distribution – if you go into the distribution page and open the link called distribution list you will see all the candidates that have opened / clicked through etc .. it is our plans to roll this functionality through to bulk email as well so moved this to voting to push up the priorities.

Auto Opt-in marketing options
If you choose to go against GDPR and auto opt-in candidates to marketing, this doesn't capture candidates coming via job boards as they bypass the reg form, so would be good in this instance to have a setting that could auto-opt in these application if the client enables this

Import call transcripts and use Chat GTP and the candidates CV to create candidate sales profiles.
If you could combine the information taken in a phone call with the data from a CV and utilise Chat GP to create a a sales profile that lives in Firefish and could be used to market out candidates to prospects that would save so much time

NPS Survey functionality
It would be great to be able to send NPS survey's out to candidates and contacts to get an indication of client and candidate satisfaction.

Segment email marketing responses between opened and unread
It would be great if Firefish could segment responses for email marketing E.g. if you send out 100 emails and only 50 people open them, to then segment the 50 people who did open the email in order to keep the conversation open and candidates interested.

Multiple Subscription Levels
It would be great if candidates and contacts could sign up for different marketing types. At present the options are job alerts (candidate only) and marketing opted in/out. It would be good if they could have more flexibility over the general marketing side.

Import a list of names from CSV when creating talent pools
To be able to upload a list of names or firefish ID's into a talent pool to easily be able to create a pool of users with out adding each in manually if they didn't fit the requirements of the creation of the pool.

Email alert templates
If candidates can choose to have job alerts daily, weekly or monthly, we should be able to tailor the template that goes out accordingly? Dont you agree?
I want to set 1000 candidates in my system to job alerts via bulk upload, but change my settings to Monthly, so it doesnt bombard them every time a new advert is posted.... So Ive altered my template to say ´Monthly Hot Jobs¨ as the title......But with only 1 template available, anyone that chooses to have these alerts daily, is goign to get emails with this header??? It wont make sence!

Vacancy Alerts Sent Once to Candidates for a specif job regardless of it the advert is reposted.
Vacancy Alerts should only be sent to a candidate once for a particular advert i.e. if you copy the advert to refresh it - the candidates shouldn't receive another vacancy alert. The reason is that the same unsuitable candidates keep expressing an interest when we post a refreshed (copy) advert and then ask us why they keep receiving them in the first place if they are not suitable!
