Availability date updated by call or action
We speak to new and passive candidates every day. Some candidates will be currently in contracts weather its 2 days, two weeks or two months. Therefore, we need to be able to update their availability date quickly when speaking to them. So we can forecast when contractors are becoming available and target them.
It would be great if you could update their availability date in a update or proactive call.
Also, if preferences were update by recruiters it would also prompt them so making it dynamic by when an action is completed of qualifying the candidate or updating their preferences.
