Enable group Candidate/Contact Actions
When looking through the actions of a Candidate/Contact it would be really handy to be able to group certain types of actions.
e.g.
- meeting notes - no matter what type of meeting
- phone calls - no matter what type of phone call
etc.

Refine the view of all actions logged against a candidate or contact record (particularly emails). When you have a record with 10s of entries it’s very difficult to quickly find what you need, and see a quick snapshot of comms which have gone back and forth with said person. Each entry takes up a lot of space on the page, so if this can be compressed into a ‘quick view’ format this would save a lot of time. For a lot of us, this is the key to doing our job well is being able to access info in an easily viewable format. Coupled with the other issue I have highlighted about not being able to see a snapshot of what the email was that was sent (no subject line displayed, just a generic heading of ‘General Email’) this makes for a clunky way of displaying important info we need quick access to.

Very good Idea Alex. Would be great o see all phone calls made to a candidate to show the history no matter what type it is.
