CV button - Hover to preview, click to download
New change where you can hover over the CV and preview is good.
However, going into the documents tab to download it is clunky.
Can you make it hover = preview, click = download (like it used to be).

Hi - just an update on our thoughts on this great feature. It would be REALLY handy if when the preview pops up, at the top or somewhere obvious it tells us which format the original CV is in, for example PDF, WORD etc. That way when we are speaking to the candidate we can easily check it is the right format (that we use when submitting CVs) - as although the preview is great, we still have to then click into the documents tab and manually download the CV to see what it is. This would really, really save us a huge amount of time.
Also the second point is when we go to submit CVs, previously you can get the email ready and then click on the CVs attached to download and double check they are fully correct (one last time), but now we can't do this, so again it would be either helpful to re-make these into previews, or for these to download again when you click on them so we can check they are correct before submitting, as we like to do multiple checks.

Hi Product - I know about the small arrows but they are far too fiddly and the cursor is generally at the bottom of the age once you realise you need to navigate up to the top again for these tiny arrows :-) I normally miss hit them and end up exiting the preview!!

From a user perspective we still have to download the CV of every candidate we speak to. You can't preview and call at the same time so we're still downloading lots of CV's.
Extending what Chris suggested, you could have a hover for preview, click to open in new window, and then you could download from the new window, should the candidate be suitable for forwarding to the client. Or you could go to the documents tab to download as is now.

Would be useful if the preview was more than just the 1st page as this negates a CV download most of the time.
