Allow major job boards to auto populate fields at application stage
We use CW Jobs and have discovered that 50 - 90% of job applications are aborted by candidates once they hit the "apply" button and are taken to the Firefish URL (requiring entry of name, email, mobile number, attach CV, and how did you "hear of us" fields.)
The alternative to using the URL is receiving applications by email, but this totally defeats the idea of Firefish.
CW Jobs are willing to auto populate all of these fields to make it easier for candidates to apply and to increase applications via FF by a huge percentage, but would need to work with FF to make this happen.

We’ve now enhanced our integration with Stepstone job boards (including CW Jobs) so that job board applications will come directly into Firefish.
