Having a contact that works / hires on multiple sites
When setting up interviews etc could it be possible to manually type the interviewers name into the box? Very often it is someone from a different clinic who is doing the interview, so you currently just have to pick a random member of staff, which then means you cannot use the send e-mail function.

Great news – you can now group associated companies with multiple sites or branches together quickly and easily as ‘parent’ or ‘child’ companies.
Here’s how it works: https://fishtank.firefishsoftware.com/en/articles/4617806-using-company-records#h_c657704083
Once your companies are associated, you can create a job and assign a contact from any associated company at interview, offer and/or placement stage.
Find out how to use associated companies in the job workflow here: https://fishtank.firefishsoftware.com/en/articles/4614601-create-a-new-job#job-summary

to be able to assign a contact to multiple sites without setting up a headquarters and without them having to 'leave one job'

Similar situation here at GR. I have several client contacts who not only handle roles for their own office / location, but also for other UK and overseas locations within their group of companies. It would streamline things greatly if I could put them as the contact for the jobs arising at those other offices / locations.

We have many construction clients who work across many different sites but these are not necessarily addresses that require a separate entity.
We really need to be able to add site addresses/sub-addresses to a main client record (HQ). Not being able to is a real disadvantage.

We have a Chief Executive at a housing organisation who is the main contact on a job for another charity as he is a Trustee for the charity organisation. We have a number of other contacts in a similar position. It would be good to be able to add a contact to a job from another organisation.

I have a client with multiple sites but one main contact for all recruitment. Could we please be able to use the same contact across all company files within the same headquarters group?

I have multiple managers who are regional, They may be interviewing in any of the locations they cover or even off site. It would be good if I didnt need to delete the details of the hiring manager and replace

Really need this as a priority update for FF, most of our clients recruit from several locations and not being able to display a location is such a disadvantage.

I fully agree with this, I think this should have already been implemented.

As we have to create different branches for one client almost as new companies, it means that a contact who covers multiple branches and locations is currently just allocated to the one location.
When assigning a new job to this contact in a different location from the one originally put into Firefish, it makes it trickier to post in the relevant job location. -

Not just that but it also means we can allocate info which is relevant to all sites, to one record and have centralised terms, contacts etc.

Yes, also having someone based in the Head Office (Head of HR perhaps) doing the recruitment for a different site you have to add them as a contact twice to add a job for right site/right contact - it is a nightmare for GDPR purposes and also really messy for the database/mailshots etc.

Many of our Clients have multiple sites, and many of their employees have hiring responsibilities over more than one site, or are based in HR but make decisions about branch recruitment.
In order for us to track & send communication properly, we need to be able to attach contacts to multiple "company" records.

Currently, google jobs won't pull the necessary Schema from Firefish if multiple location jobs are all under the head office losing the advantage over other recruiter software available today

This is not good for our business if Google jobs does not show the accurate location for our jobs. Some of our companies have so many sites so the candidates would never be able to tell if the job was a suitable location for them.

This is particularly essential as some companies have over 20+ addresses and also operate out of their own clients premises, the address of which we rarely have exposure to.

We need to be able to add multiple sites to one company record so that Google for Jobs picks up the correct location per advert

Agreed. We have also recently moved on to firefish, and this will cause us a headache as we have many contacts that support many sites. It certainly is a surprise that firefish cannot do this. PLEASE change it :-)

Further requirements to managing sites -
- Understand we use the headquarters heavily probably compared to the rest of your clients. However, this will become an issue and we think it’s a good way to show visibility
• Could you add the parent in the search box that appears when selecting the company?

Agreed. This is critical especially when we have 1 invoice account who covers every site of a company which can be up to 50 sites for some companies.

I currently have multiple clients where the hiring manager is in a group role and can be hiring and interviewing at multiple sites, the worst one is a client responsible for hiring over 9 sites and we have had to put the contact on at every site so they are on as a contact 9 times, not ideal !
