Allow us to view which attachments have been sent on emails.
When sending an email if you attach a file - e.g a CV you cannot currently see what attachment has been sent.
We would like to see what attachments have been added to the email so we can keep track of CV's sent if names have not been listed in the body of the email.
With GDPR in place we do not keep a record of this in our sent boxes in our outlook and it is essential for us to keep track of our candidates.

This idea has now been implemented!
We've added the ability to see the filename of documents attached to emails sent via Firefish when you look at those emails in the Recent Activity feed on a record. This includes files that are attached to the email manually, or files from the document library.

I cant understand why this is not something already offered, It is very important to be able to see the audit trail of client and contacts, and at the moment we are very vulnerable without being able to attach this information

Great point! Valid for documents attached on emails received and sent. We can follow and read the chain of emails under a contact or candidate but are not able to open/view any attachments

It is very important to be able to keep track of the information being sent to both clients and candidates in case of any legal disputes. The REC expect their members to be able to demonstrate that certain actions have been taken, i.e assignment sheets have been issued, contracts, health & safety policies ( sector dependent) etc. It is vital that agencies are able to capture this information in the one place.

For emails and documents that we send through Firefish to Candidates and Contacts, it would be great to be able to see a record of these in the action history.

This needs to happen. It's so time consuming having to then save down the attachments separately to them add them to the system. Much better if it's all in the context of the one email it was originally sent in. That way you can piece back together what was sent and said when... proving also to client and candidate what was attached... I can't believe this isn't already a feature of the system
