CV help would make life a lot easier

CV sent search would be awesome

This enhancement would be incredibly useful on so many levels, screening out recent placements and clients, sending pre-vetted CVs that your colleagues have deemed strong enough to send, quickly getting to hot candidates without hoping for everyone to manually create a 'hot' flag.

If it would be possible to also filter this for recency, ie: 'CVs submitted to client' AND 'within last 6 months' that would make this a very effective tool :-)

This would be so helpful. Alternatively if we were able to quickly bring back a list of candidates that we have sent to other clients (already vetted) or if CVs that have been sent to customers automatically were made 'hot' this would be a game-changer in a difficult candidate market

The ability to search by categories would be helpful when wanting to locate and contact candidates that have historically / previously worked for you.
