Perform additional actions when reviewing candidates/previewing CV
It is a slow process to review multiple CVs when actions might be different for each candidate, this is particularly apparent when working through applications since the CV preview window is in a fixed location, which covers various actions.
Would it be possible to have more actions in the preview (possibly top bar), for example flags, view profile, move to considering, move to talent pool...etc.?

Scenario. Candidate calls, open the record, click on the CV.
Want to make notes, can't open the notes and the CV and see both. -

I'd like to offer a suggestion.... have the original cv open, add your notes in a different colour and then save and upload the document to documents/notes. Subsequently, if down the line there is a query about someone's experience, it's easy to see what you added in your note or bullet points

As a user, I want to be able to easily flag the suitability of applicants whilst also previewing the candidates CV.
Currently I need to click to preview the CV, then close the preview to update the candidates suitability which is time consuming, particuarly when working through a high volume of candidate applications.
This also applies to the star rating and hot candidate status for each candidate.
