allow you to click a candidate in your search without you losing your place down the list
When carrying out a search, especially a larger one, it is annoying when after clicking a candidate you are taken back to the top of your search list. If there was away that meant when you returned from the candidate profile to the search you were at your previous point it would save time.

Hi All
We've now added the new tab links into the candidate search results (see attached) allowing you to open any candidate record in a new tab whilst keeping your place in the search results in the existing tab.

Agree, ALSO when in the middle of a candidate database search if we need to exit the search to do something else you cannot get back in and have to do the search again. how can we save searches so can hop in and out when needed

When you are in a search for it to hold your place, you have to remember which candidate/client/contact, you were looking at.

When selecting candidates in Candidate Search results, it would be great if the selected search was not lost if you clicked through (intentionaly or mistakenly) to see candidate profile. On return to the Candidate - Search Result page you have to start all over again!!! I have done this in error a few times and is driving me mad :)
