To be Notified when a Candidate Updates their Original CV through the Portal
When a candidate Updates their CV through the portal to somehow be notified either by email (to owning consultant) or appear on the dashboard or to appear in Web registrations - so that you are aware a potential hot candidate is back as current and active!

This is an email I received from a candidate today when I was chasing for his new CV:
"Hi Natalie
I just saw your note. Strange as I uploaded a new copy to the website on Friday as I said I would. Not sure what went wrong there. Anyway I have attached the same copy to this email.

This is something that has been long overdue. The ability to go to your dashboard and see who has updated their CV will allow us to mark them as 'hot candidates' and be able to change any preferences that may need updating. Great idea!!

Agreed - this would be really useful. Just chased a candidate for his updated CV but he had already added it to his profile...no form of notification so we weren't to know. Please look into adding this function.

We would like to be able to see when an existing candidate has uploaded a new CV to their profile. This is a really strong indicator of someone looking for a new job.

Also, we regularly ask candidates to update their CV for a specific role, so to see CV updates on the dashboard would allow us to manage this process much more effectively.We are hoping that this development ties in nicely with the new CV Upload Date column.
