Remove auto reject function for archived candidates
Currently if you archive a candidate when they apply for a job via your FireFish job board that candidate will receive an automated rejection email and you do not receive an alert.
I would like the option to remove the automated rejection email and instead allow that candidate to apply for a job and receive an alert like you would any active candidate.

Such a poor candidate experience for archived candidates who are applying for a totally different role from when they were archived in many cases years ago.

The candidate should definitely go into the workflow as normal so that their application can be handled - or there should be an option to allow this is, if other users of Firefish don't want it

Agree that automatic unarchiving would be the most sensible solution - as others have said, the main reason for archiving is that they were inactive or not interested at the time of archiving.

We hadn't realised this was happening - this provides a terrible user experience for the candidate. We also definitely need this

Or could be a an automated re-open of their file as normally if archived its because were not looking previously
